You know the bottleneck.
We build the automation.
Your first automation, live in 1-3 weeks.Every fix after launch is on us.
Walk us through the messy part. We'll tell you what we'd build first.
Where does your week actually go?
Emails?Chasing leads?The 11pm data entry?
None of it's a system. Let's fix that.
Your business loses 40+ hours a week.
That's a full-time hire, buried in email and admin.
All of it can run as a system.
Start with one bottleneck. We build the system from there.
Find the first win
On a 20-minute call, show us the work that keeps getting delayed, copied, or missed: cold leads, re-typed orders, forgotten follow-ups.
- A 20-minute call, nothing to prepare
- We identify the first high-value fix
- If automation isn't the answer, we say so

showroom · nobody re-typed itlogged
Ran on its own:
The front office runs itself.
The supply chain keeps up.
The job documents itself.
The marketing writes itself.
One sale lands, and the whole business keeps moving without anyone re-typing, chasing, or remembering a thing.
That system started with one problem, not one giant rebuild. We added the next piece as the work demanded it.
We plug into your tools and set up the rest.
You never have to learn a new tool, or even know it's there.
When the right tool doesn't exist, we build it.
A CRM shaped around how your shop actually sells. A dashboard that puts jobs, quotes, and money on one screen. A portal where customers check their own status instead of calling you. Custom builds are scoped on the call.
What automation did for a sauna shop.
Their first automation went live in weeks, and we've added more since. Here's the work we took off their plate:
~80%
of everyday requests handled automatically
customer emails, quotes, and routine replies
Same day
quotes and routine replies go out on their own
while the lead is still warm
Before
Every request meant 5–10 minutes of typing, copied from email into one app, then into Jobber, then whatever came next. Every single one, by hand.
After
That whole chain now runs on its own: zero re-typing between apps. The team only touches a keyboard when an email needs a personal reply.
This is from one real client, Sauna Depot. On the call, we'll tell you what's realistic for your business.
You're never trapped.
You work with a small studio that builds, hosts, and runs your automations and custom tools, the same people every time. Based in Toronto, working with service businesses anywhere.
A monthly plan that runs your automation and builds the next one.
For one client, automation now handles about 80% of everyday requests. The setup fee covers your first build. The monthly plan keeps it running and sets the pace for what we build next.

Monthly is month to month, cancel anytime. Pick the 12-month plan and you pay the same monthly rate for twelve months. In return we waive the setup fee. Rates are locked for your first 12 months. Each automation you add later is a simple monthly add-on, quoted before we build. Prices in CAD.
Core and Growth are priced above. We confirm Ops and Custom pricing on the call.
Things people ask before booking.
Most automations go live in 1-4 weeks. Core builds (one or two tools) deliver in 1-3 weeks. Growth builds (more steps, with AI decisions in the middle) take 2-4 weeks. Ops builds (3+ tools, handoffs between several people) take 3-6 weeks. The written scope we send after the call shows a date, not a range.
No. When the tool you need doesn't exist, we build it: a CRM shaped around how you actually sell, a dashboard that puts jobs, quotes, and money on one screen, a portal where customers check their own status. Tools like these are scoped as Custom: we price the build on the call, and the same promise applies. We run it, watch it, and fix it.
You can. But gluing tools together eats evenings you don't have, and a DIY build breaks silently. It stops running one morning and nobody notices until a customer does. The hard part isn't wiring the trigger; it's monitoring, error handling, and someone fixing it at 7am without an invoice. That's what the monthly fee is for.
An in-house automation engineer costs $100-160k/year fully loaded, plus 3-6 months to get up to speed before they build anything useful. We deliver your first automation in weeks; plans run $599-$2,499+/mo and cover hosting, monitoring, and every fix. If you want new automations built on a steady schedule, the Ops plan does that. Think of us as your automation department: as your business grows, we build more and the plan grows with you, still at a fraction of a salary.
Bug fixes are included in your plan for as long as it runs. If something we built breaks, we fix it, and there's no invoice. Minor tweaks are included on Growth and Ops plans. Bigger changes are either scoped as a new build or handled on the Ops plan ($2,499+/mo) if you want improvements every month.
No. We build automations that plug into the tools you already use: Jobber, QuickBooks, Gmail, Outlook, HubSpot, Salesforce, and most others. If we ever recommend a tool change, it's because your current setup blocks the automation. You keep your setup.
We do, and that's what makes the pricing work. You're not buying code; you're subscribing to a process we monitor and fix the moment it breaks. What's always yours: your accounts, your logins, and your data. Automations connect to your tools, and nothing about your business lives anywhere you can't see. Cancel anytime and the automation winds down, no exit fees.
We don't store your data. The automations run on our servers, but they connect to your accounts and your tools. Sensitive data passes through, does its job, and lands in your tools. We keep no copy, and your logins stay under your control. We don't currently take work in regulated industries like healthcare and finance, where certified compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2) is required; for that, we refer you to specialists. If your business handles data covered by privacy rules (PIPEDA, Quebec's Law 25, the EU), we'll flag what those rules require during scoping so nothing gets built blind.
We design for it. AI decisions stop at checkpoints for your sign-off, every run is logged where you can see it, and anything uncertain goes to a person instead of guessing. When something does slip through, fixing it is our job, not a change order you pay for.
Yes, and it's usually the right starting point. The Core plan ($1,500 setup + $599/mo) covers one focused build across one or two tools, live in 1-3 weeks, and you can cancel anytime, so the real commitment is one setup fee and one month. If you're not sure where automation fits, bring the messiest part of your week to the 20-minute call and we'll map where it pays off before you commit to anything.
A 20-minute call, access to the tools involved, and a walkthrough at the end. The whole point is to give you hours back, not to add a project to your week.
You know the bottleneck.
We build the automation.
Bring the job that eats the most time to the call. We'll tell you what we'd build, or tell you not to bother.
No lock-in. Cancel anytime.
