Every project has one fixed price, paid once, plus optional monthly upkeep to keep it running. The price depends on how much we automate and how many of your tools it connects to. You get the exact number in writing after the free call, before any work begins.

Monthly upkeep covers hosting, monitoring, and fixes. It runs month to month. Software subscriptions and AI usage are billed to your own accounts, and the proposal lists each one.

Timing depends on the scope, integrations, data access, and review process. We agree on milestones and a delivery schedule in the proposal. Larger systems can be delivered in phases, starting with the work that matters most.

For a straightforward workflow, building it yourself can make sense. We help when the work involves several systems, custom logic, AI decisions, or a need for testing, monitoring, and ongoing support. The proposal makes our responsibilities clear.

You get design, development, integration, and support for an agreed scope of work, without hiring and managing a development team. An in-house hire may be a better fit if you need someone embedded in daily operations full time.

Your proposal defines the support period, maintenance responsibilities, and fixes included. New features or work outside that scope are reviewed and priced before we start. You can commission further phases as your priorities develop.
