We take over the admin that leaks jobs and evenings: replying to leads, chasing quotes, ordering from suppliers, moving the same data between apps. How the engagement works
Bring the workflow you want to improve to the intro call. We discuss your goals, current tools, and what needs closer scoping. Once the requirements are clear, you receive a written proposal with deliverables, timing, costs, and payment terms.
Your side of the work is small. You give us access to the tools involved after the call, and you sit through a walkthrough when the build is done.
Hosting, monitoring, maintenance, and issue handling are scoped for the project. Your proposal sets out the support included, its duration, and any ongoing costs. Work outside that scope is agreed and priced before it starts. Your business accounts and data remain yours.
How pricing works
Every agent, automation, and custom system is priced individually. The quote reflects the work involved, the systems and data it connects to, and the support needed after launch.
You receive a written proposal covering deliverables, timing, the build cost, and payment terms before work begins. We quote in CAD and identify any ongoing support, hosting, software, or AI usage costs, including how they will be billed. Ownership and engagement terms are agreed for your project.
