Jobber runs the job well. The leaks are at the edges: the lead that arrived by email while you were on site, and the invoice typed into QuickBooks a second time. We build the connections that close those gaps.
Some of that work is fixed rules, and an automation handles it. Some needs reading, like a customer asking to change a quote, and an agent drafts the reply. Each agent runs under one person's permissions, sees only what that person can already see, and waits for their sign-off before anything that needs judgment goes out.

We agree on where the automation runs, who maintains it, and what support is included before launch. Your Jobber account stays under your control. Notice periods, handover, and any ongoing costs are defined in the project agreement.
How pricing works
We quote the Jobber workflows you need, including their steps, connected tools, and support requirements. A lead follow-up and a QuickBooks sync can be scoped separately or as part of one connected system.
You receive a written proposal covering deliverables, timing, the build cost, and payment terms before work begins. We quote in CAD and identify any ongoing support, hosting, software, or AI usage costs, including how they will be billed. Ownership and engagement terms are agreed for your project.

Do we have to change how we use Jobber?
No. We connect to the account you already run and write into it. Your team keeps quoting and scheduling in Jobber the same way, and the automation takes over the typing between Jobber and your other tools.
What happens when Jobber or QuickBooks updates something and the automation breaks?
Hosting, monitoring, maintenance, and issue handling are scoped for the project. Your proposal sets out the support included, its duration, and any ongoing costs. Work outside that scope is agreed and priced before it starts.
